The V8 Pittsburgh Rollformer produces connections that exceed the standards set by SMACNA.
The V8 rollformer can be optionally tooled with either Right Angle Flange, 4-in-1 or Acme Lock Rolls.

20-28 Ga. (1/4” - 7/16”)
16-24 Ga. (1/4” - 7/16”) - 4-in-1 Rolls (22 Ga. - 28 Ga.) to produce clinch, small standing seam, 7/16” flange, and male 1/4 edge
- Acme Lock (Double Seam) Rolls
(20 Ga.-28 Ga.) or (16 Ga.-22 Ga.) - 5 Gallon Sealant System for sealing Pittsburgh Lock (1 Gun)
- 5 HP Single Phase Motor (90 FPM)
